Delivery Service

All deliveries are handled by our designated shipping partners.
Please note that we are unable to accept requests for specific delivery companies.

Estimated Shipping Date

• Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. (JST) will generally ship the same day if the item is in stock.

• Orders received after 10:00 a.m. will ship on the next business day.

• As a general guideline, in-stock items ship within three business days from order confirmation. If additional preparation time is required, we will contact you separately.

• Delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather, and destination. During busy periods (e.g., sales, Golden Week, New Year holidays), additional time may be required.
  
  

International Delivery (Asia)

We currently ship to the following regions in Asia: Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
Shipping costs for international orders are automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the destination country. Please review the final shipping cost on the checkout page before completing your purchase.

Note: We may be unable to ship to certain addresses or regions depending on carrier conditions or local regulations.

Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other local fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees collected at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Made-to-Order Items

For made-to-order products, we will confirm the estimated lead time with you before placing the order.
Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will notify you again with the shipping details.

Delivery Date & Time Requests

Delivery date and time requests are subject to the service options available from our shipping partners at the time of dispatch.
If you wish to specify a preferred delivery date or require urgent delivery, please indicate this in the remarks field at checkout or contact us via the inquiry form.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are charged per item.
Please check the “Shipping Category” indicated on each product page and your delivery region.
Certain areas such as Okinawa and remote islands may not be available for delivery.

Additional Notes

• If special delivery operations such as hoisting or manual carrying up/down stairs are required, additional handling fees will apply.

• For large items, we may contact you prior to shipment to confirm the delivery method and route.

• Shipping rates and size categories are subject to change without prior notice. In such cases, the rate applicable at the time of order will apply.
