If the item you received is damaged, defective, or different from your order,

If a replacement is not available due to stock limitations,
a refund will be processed instead.

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.

“the color, size, or image differs from expectations” or “an incorrect order was placed.”

Only products purchased directly from our online store are eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds

If the billing for your card has already been completed,
the refund may appear as a credit or adjustment in the next billing cycle.

Differences may occur due to currency exchange fluctuations or international transaction fees.
If your total order amount falls below the free-shipping threshold after a return, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For international returns, return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
