• Single payment only.
  
• For installment or split payments, please contact your card issuer directly.
  
• Payment will be processed at the time your order is completed. For made-to-order or pre-order items, payment may be processed prior to shipment.
  
• Once a made-to-order item has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
  
• For billing inquiries, please contact your credit card company directly.
  
• Payment methods cannot be changed after your order is submitted. Please ensure your preferred method is selected before checkout.
  
  

< Fraud Prevention Policy >

To ensure secure transactions, the following measures may be applied:

• If the billing name differs from the order name, we may contact you by email or phone for verification. Orders that cannot be verified within a certain period may be cancelled.
  
• Please note that some credit cards issued outside Japan may not be accepted due to our payment system.
  
• For security reasons, we may verify your payment through our fraud prevention system or your card issuer. Shipment will proceed once verification is complete, which may take 1–2 business days.
  
• Depending on the verification result, we may ask you to change to another payment method (e.g., Cash on Delivery).
  
• In the event of confirmed fraudulent activity, we will report the case to the police or related authorities.
